This agreement is between Lapdolls Ragdoll Cattery, Vancouver, Washington ("we") and the Buyer ("you"). It covers a kitten sold as a pet with no breeding rights.
The seller is Lapdolls Ragdoll Cattery, Alla Pankratova, Vancouver, WA. The signed copy records the buyer's name and contact details, and the kitten's name, date of birth, sex, color and pattern, sire and dam, microchip number, chosen registry (TICA or CFA) and pick-up date.
Spayed or neutered and microchipped before pick-up. Age-appropriate FVRCP vaccinations and deworming, with a written record. TICA or CFA registration papers at pick-up (pedigree copy on request at extra cost). Kittens go home at 13 to 15 weeks, raised in our home, socialized and litter trained. The microchip is transferred to you; keep it current. Our breeding cats test negative for FeLV and FIV. We do not give the FeLV vaccine and advise against it for an indoor-only cat.
You collect the kitten at our home, at Portland International Airport, or through a pet flight nanny you arrange and pay for. The kitten is your responsibility from the moment it is handed to you or your nanny. If you take it to another state, that state's animal entry rules are yours to meet.
Have a licensed vet examine the kitten within 72 hours of pick-up, at your cost, and keep it away from other pets until then. If the vet finds a serious illness or defect present at sale, return the kitten within those 72 hours with the vet's signed findings for a full refund. A mild cold after the move is not grounds for return. If you keep the kitten or skip the exam, this protection ends.
If the kitten dies or is euthanized because of an inherited (genetic) disease within three years of pick-up, we replace it with a kitten of equal value from the next available litter, on written notice and a vet's autopsy report. If it is diagnosed with a serious inherited disease it lives with, such as HCM or PKD, confirmed in writing by a board-certified specialist (for HCM, a cardiologist by echocardiogram) or by a DNA test, we replace it and you keep your cat. We may ask for a second opinion at our cost.
Injury, accidents, poisoning, FIP, or any illness picked up after the kitten leaves us. This is a replacement guarantee: no cash refunds, and no vet, diagnostic or transport costs. It ends if the cat roams outdoors, is declawed, is neglected, or is given an FIP vaccine. If you choose an FeLV vaccine, that is between you and your vet and we do not cover what follows it. We do not cover reactions to any vaccine or treatment given after pick-up.
Contact us first, at any age and for any reason. We take the cat back; transport is at your cost and there is no refund. Never rehome it yourself or surrender it to a shelter. If the cat is neglected, mistreated, or you break any promise here, we may require its return at your cost with no refund, you will sign any registry transfer paperwork, and we may take legal action.
Once the kitten is in your care, every cost of owning it is yours except where section 5 says otherwise, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us. No refunds for allergies, landlords, family objections, change of mind or behavior. Washington law applies; we will try to settle any dispute between ourselves first, and any claim belongs in the courts serving Clark County, Washington, with reasonable attorney fees to the winning party. This is our whole agreement, replacing anything said or written before it, including the website; it can only be changed in writing signed by both of us, it binds our heirs and successors, and if any part is unenforceable the rest stands. Neither of us is liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Both of us sign and date the agreement at pick-up, and you initial the payment, guarantee and owner-promise sections as you go.

Yes. What you see on this page is the same document you sign at pick-up, so there are no terms you meet for the first time after paying.
$500, which comes off the $2,500 price. It is not refundable if you cancel, but it moves to a kitten from an upcoming litter. If we cannot deliver the kitten, you choose a full refund of the deposit or another kitten. The $2,000 balance is due at pick-up by Zelle or cash.
Two things. A 72-hour window after pick-up for your own vet to examine the kitten, with a full refund if the vet finds a serious illness or defect that was present at sale. And three years against inherited disease: if the kitten dies of one, or is diagnosed with a serious one such as HCM or PKD by a board-certified specialist or a DNA test, we provide a replacement kitten and you keep your cat. Injury, FIP and illness picked up after the kitten leaves us are not covered.
Yes, within 72 hours, at your cost, and keep the kitten away from other pets until then. We do not book or provide the exam, so you choose the vet your cat will see for years. See the FAQ for why.
