Everything here is general information about our cats, our kittens, and how we place them. Availability, prices, colors and expected dates change often, and a page can be out of date between one visit and the next. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell you a cat.
An adoption only becomes an agreement when we have both signed our pet sales agreement and the deposit terms in it have been met. Those documents set out the health guarantee, the spay and neuter requirement, what happens to registration papers, and what we each owe the other. Where anything on this website conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement is what counts.
Every photograph, video and word on this site belongs to us, apart from the product images on the supplies page, which belong to the manufacturers. Copying our cat photographs onto another cattery site, a marketplace listing or a social account is the one thing that reliably makes us call a lawyer, and it happens often enough in this breed that we watch for it. You are welcome to link to any page here. You may not republish our images or copy our text without written permission.
Our blog and FAQ describe what has worked in our own home with our own cats over many years. Your vet knows your animal and we do not. Talk to them before acting on anything you read here, especially where a sick kitten is involved.
The supplies page contains affiliate links, and we earn a commission when someone buys through one. We only list products we use ourselves. Nothing on that page is a condition of adopting from us.
We link to registries, retailers, airlines and other breeders where it helps. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.
We keep this site accurate and online as best we can, without promising it will always be either. To the extent Washington law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from anything you relied on here. This does not touch any right you have under the signed pet sales agreement, and it does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Washington. Any dispute about the website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Clark County, Washington.
